United States, Aug. 18 -- QCM Inc., Falls Church, Virginia, has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinity-quantity contract (HQ003426DE017) with a value of $32,562,887. The purpose of this contract is to provide preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance at the Pentagon heating and refrigeration plant.Work will be performed at the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. The estimated completion date is Aug. 30, 2031. The total amount of the contract if all options are exercised is $74,258,567.No funds are being obligated at the time of the award.
