France, May 25 -- France based PROMAN has secured contract from Agence Francaise du developpement for Technical assistance services Establishment of a technical assistance system with the Ministries of the education-training sector in Madagascar for the implementation of the common education fund FCE . The value of the contract is worth 289579100 EUR .
