Pragati Fincap Limited surrenders Certificate of Registration to RBI on exit from NBFI business

India, Oct. 9 -- Pragati Fincap Limited has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 3, 2026.The company's registered office is at C-22, Greater Kailash Enclave-I, New Delhi, 110048. Its CoR No. is 14.00824, issued on May 20, 1998.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
