United States, May 29 -- Pacific Rim Constructors Inc., Tamuning, Guam, was awarded a $12,748,020 modification to previously-awarded contract (N62742-24-C-1331) for construction of housing. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $191,399,635.This contract modification provides for six additional housing units. Work will be performed at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam and is expected to be completed by June 2027.Fiscal 2023, Fiscal 2024, and Fiscal 2026 Family Housing funding in the amount of $12,748,020 will be obligated and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Support Activity, Guam is the contracting activity.
