India, Oct. 22 -- Organic Recycling Systems has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Mahanagar Gas to explore potential opportunities in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) value chain in Maharashtra and Karnataka.The MoU provides a framework for evaluating potential CBG projects, including feasibility assessments and potential offtake arrangements. The MoU is non-binding in nature, and any future commercial arrangements shall be subject to requisite approvals and execution of definitive agreements, wherever applicable.
