Romania, April 6 -- Romania based ORANGE ROMANIA has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Telephone and data transmission services - Agreement - framework on the basis of which subsequent contracts will be concluded with the object of providing electronic communications services (VPN, Internet, OSI level 2 connection, fixed telephony, mobile telephony). The value of the contract is worth 15187200 RON.
