Spain, April 22 -- Spain based OFICINA TECNICA TES, S.L. has secured contract from Presidencia de la Entidad Valenciana de Vivienda y Suelo for Architectural construction engineering and inspection services Technical assistance service for the drafting of the revaluation document for the corresponding loads in the integrated action program of sector 24 current Rio Seco sector of the General Plan of Castellon de la Plana. The value of the contract is worth 32450000 EUR.
