Norway, May 19 -- Ocean Sun AS ("Ocean Sun") has entered into a non binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ACEN-Silverwolf Pte Ltd ("ACEN-Silverwolf"), a joint venture renewables platform between ACEN Renewables International Pte.
