India, April 27 -- Ocean Ships, Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $1,114,495,567 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C1224), inclusive of pass-through expenses for the operation and maintenance of seven government-owned Oceanographic Survey (T-AGS) vessels. The contract includes a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and one six-month option period pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8. Work will be performed on a worldwide basis with the delivery of the vessels in 2026 and will conclude five-years and six months later in 2032, if all options are exercised.
