United States, Sept. 25 -- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Sunnyvale, California, was awarded $17,809,389 for a firm-fixed-price stand-alone contract for the manufacture of 157 ceramic ball rotating assemblies in support of Navy Virginia-class submarines. The contract does not include an option period.
