Northrop Grumman Gets $14.2M Modification for F-16 AESA Radar Systems
United States, June 11 -- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. , Linthicum Heights, Maryland, has been awarded a $14,215,800 modification (P00178) to previously awarded FA8615-17-C-6047 for Active Electronically Scanned Array radars of Air Force F-16 aircraft.The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $1,836,144,779 from $1,821,928,979. Work will be performed at Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2031.Fiscal 2024 procurement funds in the amount of $2,843,160; fiscal 2026 procurement funds in the amount of $8,529,480; and fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,843,160, are being obligated at time of award.
