Norfolk Dredging Awarded $11.2 Million Modification for Alabama Dredging Work

United States, Sept. 23 -- Norfolk Dredging Co., Chesapeake, Virginia, was awarded an $11,213,334 modification (P00003) to contract W91278-26-C-A015 for additional maintenance dredging and disposal.The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $56,955,071. Work will be performed in Irvington, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of June 11, 2027. Fiscal 2026 Civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $11,213,334 were obligated at the time of the award.U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
