India, April 17 -- NBCC (India) has successfully sold commercial built-up space of approx14 lac sq. ft area at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 5,779 crore.NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value.
