MSJ Colonising and Leasing Company Private Limited surrenders Certificate of Registration to RBI on exit from NBFI business

India, Oct. 9 -- MSJ Colonising and Leasing Company Private Limited has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 16, 2026.The company's registered office is at Room No 101, 1st Floor, M.S.J. House, 17/1, South Tukoganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452001. Its CoR No. is 03.00066, issued on March 19, 2020.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
