Norway, July 29 -- MPC Energy Solutions NV ("MPCES", "The Company") announced that it has concluded the sale of two solar PV plants in El Salvador and Guatemala, respectively. The agreement to sell the two projects -- referred to as Project Merlin -- was signed in November of last year and the sale was approved by the Company's shareholders in December 2025.Following the successful start of operations of the plant in Guatemala in mid-July and the fulfilment of other pre-closing conditions, MPCES was now able to conclude the transaction.
