India, Nov. 6 -- One Mobikwik Systems announced that the Reserve Bank of India has issued the Certificate of Registration (CoR) to operate as a "Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC)" to MobiKwik Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
