United States, Sept. 18 -- MEB General Contractors Inc., Chesapeake, Virginia, was awarded a $96,262,000 firm-fixed-price, award-fee-incentive with economic-price-adjustment contract for construction of P732 Electrical Distribution System Upgrades (Gosport Substation) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The maximum dollar value, including unexercised options and potential award fee, is $113,797,000. Work will be performed at Portsmouth, Virginia, and is expected to complete by September 2032.The contract will be incrementally funded with Military Construction, Navy funds.
