United States, Oct. 12 -- JLL Capital Markets announced today, in partnership with McCraney Property Company and AEW Capital Management, L.P. that it has arranged $60.07 million in construction financing for Firetower 77, a 1,002,205-square-foot, Class A industrial logistics center in Rock Hill, North Carolina, within the Charlotte metropolitan area.The financing, structured by JLL on behalf of McCraney Property Company and AEW Capital Management, L.P., includes a loan through a global bank.Situated on a 96-acre site on Firetower Road in Rock Hill, the development will consist of a modern cross-dock facility with clear heights of 40 feet.
