United States, July 10 -- Makers Architecture and Urban Design LLP, Seattle, Washington, is awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously-awarded contract to increase the maximum value for facility planning services at various locations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of operations.Award of this modification increases the cumulative value of the contract to $25,000,000. Work will be performed in California (87%), Arizona (5%), Nevada (5%), Colorado (1%), New Mexico (1%), and Utah (1%), and is expected to be completed by September 2027.No funds will be obligated at time of award; funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued.
