India, Oct. 7 -- Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the launch of Mahindra Rivenza, a residential development spread across 13.46 acres in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune, with an overall Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ?3,500 crore. As part of the launch, Phase 1 will introduce 1,236 units across 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences within the development.
