United States, July 24 -- Lenovo announced the expansion of its North Carolina Smart Campus (NCSC) in Whitsett, reinforcing nearly two decades of investment in the state while creating new manufacturing jobs and expanding U.S. server production to support growing customer demand. The expansion builds on Lenovo's global/local strategy with 30+ factories in 11 markets around the world, and its longstanding presence in North Carolina, where the company has operated since 2005 and has become one of the state's top technology employers.
