United States, March 25 -- Kraemer North America LLC, Plain, Wisconsin, was awarded a $12,822,905 firm-fixed-price contract for the rehabilitation of dam tow haulage systems, including repairs and modifications to the guide-wall; design, fabrication, installation, and testing of new rail systems; and other associated repairs to support barge movement. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Hastings, Minnesota, with an estimated completion date of April 7, 2028. Fiscal 2025 civil construction funds in the amount of $12,822,905 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is the contracting activity (W912ES-26-C-A010).
