Norway, Oct. 2 -- Kongsberg Maritime ASA has completed the acquisition of Berg Propulsion AB, following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including relevant regulatory approvals.The acquisition, announced on 12 July 2026, represents a strategic step to expand Kongsberg Maritime's propulsion portfolio and will further strengthen the position as a global lifecycle partner for propulsion solutions.
