Kiewit Building Group Wins $100.8 Million Contract for Veterans Outpatient Medical Facility

United States, Sept. 28 -- Kiewit Building Group Inc., Federal Way, Washington, was awarded a $100,750,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a new outpatient medical facility for the Veterans Administration.Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Tacoma, Washington, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 26, 2029.Fiscal 2026 other procurement, Army funds in the amount of $100,750,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle, Washington, is the contracting activity (W912DW-26-C-A037).
