Germany, Aug. 31 -- KfW IPEX-Bank is providing EUR 79.3 million in financing for the construction of two next-generation self-unloading bulk carriers that will support the transportation of construction materials across Europe and international export markets. The vessels will be owned by a joint venture bringing together Hartmann Schiffsbeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG and The CSL Group Inc. and will operate under a long-term charter agreement with Mibau Stema Shipping ApS, wholly owned subsidiary of Mibau Stema Group GmbH.With a maximum cargo capacity of 44,000 tonnes each, the new vessels are designed to combine operational efficiency with future fuel flexibility.
