Germany, May 20 -- Katjes International has today, through its wholly owned subsidiary Katjes Quiet Luxury, acquired approximately 27% of the shares in Missoni S.p.A. ("Missoni"). Following the agreement signed on 3 March 2026, the transaction has now been completed on 20 May 2026. Antitrust approvals were already granted on 10 April and 21 April 2026 in Germany and Austria, respectively. The transaction has therefore been successfully completed. In the first step of the transaction, the Italian growth equity fund FSI acquired all shares held by the Missoni family.
