The asset is located at 770 International Parkway within the Sunrise International Corporate Park in western Broward County.JLL represented the seller, Clarion Partners, in the transaction. MDH Partners acquired the asset.Built in 1989 and renovated in 2020, Sawgrass Distribution Center features seven rear-load bays with an average suite size of approximately 16,475 square feet.
