United States, Oct. 1 -- JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged $36 million in acquisition financing for the Infill Nashville Portfolio, a 134,113-square-foot mixed-use portfolio comprising Breeze Block at 6100-6110 Robertson Ave. and Stateline at 5300 Centennial Blvd. in Nashville, Tennessee.JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, LBX Investments, to secure the acquisition loan.The financing supports LBX Investments' acquisition of a recently developed mixed-use portfolio comprised of the properties known as Breeze Block and Stateline, two complementary assets positioned within Nashville's Nations-Charlotte Park corridor.
