United States, March 13 -- JLL Capital Markets announced that it has arranged $33.9 million in financing for the expansion and renovation of Cold-Link Logistics Providence, a specialized temperature-controlled cold storage facility located at 1 All American Way in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
