United States, Aug. 5 -- JLL Capital Markets announced it has arranged a $210 million credit facility for Max Energy Industrial Holdings US, LLC, to advance the company's Phase 2A expansion of its Texas Gulf Coast midstream infrastructure.JLL represented the borrower to secure the loan through Bank OZK. The credit facility will refinance existing debt and provide Max Energy with the financial continuity and flexibility to advance its completion of strategic pipeline interconnections. The expansion positions Max Energy to capture growing production from the Permian and Eagle Ford basins and route it to Gulf Coast export markets.
