United States, Aug. 5 -- JLL announced that it has expanded its Southern California retail brokerage business. The firm has hired Southern California retail real estate veteran Dennis Borowsky as Senior Vice President. With his previous experience working inhouse for multiple retail developers as well as working in brokerage, Borowsky will specialize in working with property owners and tenants on their real estate needs in Orange County, Los Angeles and surrounding areas. He will be based in the firm's Irvine, California office.With the addition of Borowsky, JLL now oversees leasing of more than 20 million square feet of retail properties in Southern California.
