United States, Nov. 4 -- JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group announced today the sale of Home2 Suites Boston South Bay, a 130-suite, 76,398-square-foot extended-stay hotel located at 15 Jan Karski Way in Boston.JLL represented the seller, Hersha Hotels & Resorts in the transaction. An undisclosed buyer acquired the asset.Completed in 2020, the five-story hotel features 130 all-suite guestrooms designed to accommodate extended-stay travelers. Guest suites average 382 square feet and include separate living and sleeping areas, along with fully equipped kitchens featuring full-size refrigerators, microwaves and dishwashers.
