United States, Aug. 17 -- JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of Subaru at Park 267, a 1,119,056-square-foot Class A industrial distribution facility located at 5190 S. State Road 267 in Whitestown, Indiana.JLL represented the seller, a joint venture between Prologis and Browning, in the transaction. LaSalle Investment Management acquired the asset.The build-to-suit development was constructed by Browning's construction division and completed in 2024. The facility is fully leased to Subaru of America Inc. and serves as the largest distribution center within its nine-facility national network.
