United States, Aug. 11 -- JLL Capital Markets announced today that it arranged the sale of Preston Greens Senior Living, a 124-unit, Class A assisted living and memory care community in Lexington, Kentucky.JLL represented the seller, and procured the buyer, a partnership between an established REIT and Cedarhurst Senior Living.Located at 1825 Little Herb Way in Lexington's affluent Hamburg area, Preston Greens is a 140-bed senior living community that opened in 2021. The property features 100 assisted living units and 24 memory care units across a thoughtfully designed five-acre campus totaling 124,010 square feet.
