United States, Sept. 2 -- JLL Hotels & Hospitality group announced that it has arranged financing for Terranea Resort, an iconic 582-key luxury oceanfront resort perched atop the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The Mediterranean-style property features sweeping 270-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island across a sprawling 102-acre coastal site.JLL worked on behalf of a joint venture between Lowe and JC Resorts to secure a five-year, floating-rate loan from Barings.Opened in 2009, Terranea Resort has established itself as one of California's most scenic and prestigious hotels.
