United States, April 24 -- JLL Capital Markets announced it arranged construction financing for Clay Road Business Park, a three-building, 483,128-square-foot industrial development in Sunnyvale, located approximately 14 miles east of downtown Dallas.JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, CapRock Partners, to secure a floating-rate, 3.5-year loan with two one-year extension options through a regional bank.The to-be-built project will comprise three Class A industrial buildings measuring 124,140 square feet, 155,802 square feet and 203,186 square feet, each designed to accommodate two-three tenants.
