United States, Nov. 6 -- JLL Capital Markets announced today the $36 million sale of a 54,504-square-foot industrial service facility located at 300 Bartlett St. in Northborough, Massachusetts.JLL represented the seller, NorthBridge Partners, in the off-market transaction. LaSalle Investment Management acquired the asset.Situated on approximately 25 acres, 300 Bartlett Street is a fully leased truck terminal occupied by FedEx Freight.
