India, Oct. 1 -- Strengthening operational synergies in the recently acquired specialty chemicals company Kronox Lab Sciences, Indo Borax & Chemicals has appointed Suresh Kalra as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and Shashikant Bharuka as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel at Kronox.The leadership transition follows the completion of the acquisition of a 64.26% stake in Kronox Lab Sciences on 29 September, by Indo Borax & Chemicals recently.
