India, Feb. 27 -- Indian Overseas Bank announced that S&P Global Ratings Singapore, International Credit Rating Agency has assigned the bank a fresh Issuer Credit Rating (ICR) as 'BBB/Stable/A2' and Standalone Credit profile (SACP) as 'bbb-'.
