India, April 24 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Varroc Engineering Limited's (VEL) bank loan facilities' long-term rating to 'IND AA+' from 'IND AA' while affirming the short-term rating at 'IND A1+'. The Outlook is Stable.
