India, May 25 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Olectra Greentech Limited's (OGL) bank loan facilities long-term rating to 'IND A' from 'IND A-' and short-term ratings to 'IND A1' from 'IND A2+'. The Outlook is Stable.
