India, June 4 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Global Coal and Mining Private Limited's (GCMPL) long-term bank loan facilities to 'IND BBB' from 'IND BB+' and affirmed the short-term rating to 'IND A3+' from 'IND A4+'. The Outlook is Stable.
