India Ratings Downgrades Geon International's Bank Loan Facilities to 'IND A-'/Negative/'IND A2+'

India, May 27 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has downgraded Geon International Private Limited's (GIPL) bank loan facilities' long-term rating to 'IND A-' from 'IND A' and the short-term rating to 'IND A2+' from 'IND A1'. The Outlook is Negative.
