Norway, Nov. 5 -- DNV has completed an independent technical and commercial review of the electric vehicle charging network and expansion plan of a joint venture between Iberdrola and bp pulse, to support lenders assessing its electric vehicle charging platform and planned expansion in Spain and Portugal.As public charging networks expand, lenders need to understand whether equipment, sites and operating systems can support planned growth.
