India, Oct. 26 -- Indegene announced that a step-down wholly owned subsidiary, INDEGENE PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA, was incorporated on 23 October 2026. Indegene Ireland, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, holds 100% of the share capital of INDEGENE PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA.
