United States, July 21 -- Hyliion Inc., Cedar Park, Texas, is awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the high efficiency/low maintenance ultra reliable megawatt scale power generation units effort. The total cumulative value of this contract, including a 36-month base period with no options, is $41,699,946. This contract provides services required to meet the program's primary objective to design, develop, build, test and deliver a 2-megawatt (MW) and a 3-MW scale power generation unit (PGU).
