Hensel Phelps Awarded $309 Million Contract for Red Hill Water Treatment Facility

United States, Aug. 11 -- Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $309,650,002 firm-fixed-price contract for P-716, Red Hill Water Treatment Facility. Work will be performed at Red Hill, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii, and is expected to be complete by August 2029. Fiscal 2026 military construction (Navy) funds in the amount $109,324,102 will be obligated at time of award, and the remaining amount of funds will be incrementally funded in future fiscal years.Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62478-26-C-0001).
