United States, March 26 -- HDR Engineering Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $249,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for civil engineering projects. This contract provides for civil design and engineering services. Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of responsibility and is expected to be completed by March 2031.
