General Electric Awarded $47.8 Million Delivery Order for J-85 Engine Compressor Rotors

United States, Sept. 30 -- General Electric Co., Lynn, Massachusetts, has been awarded a maximum $47,762,022 firm-fixed-price, one-time-buy delivery order (SPRTA1-26-F-0547) issued against a five-year basic ordering agreement (SPE4A1-22-G-0010) for J-85 engine compressor rotors.This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2). This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The delivery order end date is Sept. 30, 2029.Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
