Belgium, March 18 -- GE Aerospace announced plans to invest more than €110 million across its European manufacturing sites this year as the company seeks to expand production capacity and accelerate advanced manufacturing and to strengthen delivery for our customers. Today's announcement includes plans to hire more than 1,000 new workers across Europe this year. A substantial portion of the investment will be directed toward state-of-the-art engine test cells, advanced machining equipment, additive manufacturing expansion, and upgrades to buildings and infrastructure.
